There are not many rules, but the ones that do exist must be followed. I would appreciate it if you read the rules completely before submitting your work. If you have submitted fanart before (and know the rules) then you can just skip this and get started.

In this category, all you have to do for your submission to qualify is to draw fanart of the live action drama version of Sailormoon.
In this category, all you have to do for your submission to qualify is to draw fanart of the anime or manga version of Sailormoon.
Fanart Guidelines:
- You may submit up to three (3) pieces of art a month.
- Only original art will be accepted. No tracings or drawings that look like copies of other published art from the anime and/or manga. No altered pictures of previously existing art. (Ex. Taking a picture of Mercury and changing her hair/outfit colors to make it look like a new character when its really not.)
- Pictures cannot be hentai/adult in nature! I do not find the human body offensive, if I did, I would not even be a fan of Sailormoon. Nakedness in "good Sailormoon taste" is acceptable, but nothing beyond what is shown in the anime or manga versions.
- Please send completed art only, no sketches. Pictures can be colored in any medium because I love all types of work. This includes markers, crayons, colored pencils, computer programs, or anything else.
- Images must be submitted in one of the following formats: .GIF, .JPG, .BMP, .PSD, .TIF
I accept .ZIP files if you are sending more than one image at a time. - Submissions must be under 200kb. Images larger than this will be resized to meet the size limit requirements.
What to Send:
1. Your real or screen name. (the one you want posted)
2. Your e-mail address. (yourname@yourprovider.com)
3. Your website address. (if you have one)
4. And remember to attach your picture!
Remember to send your information every time you submit a fanart picture. I get so
many submissions for things on the Tour that I can be a bit forgetful at a times ^_^;;

Odds & Ends:
Anything not meeting the Submission Guidelines will be disqualified. I do not have time to answer questions such as "why didn't my piece get posted" or "what do you think of my artwork" so please don't expect a huge response. As webmistress, I have the right to post or take down any piece of fanart for any reason at any time. Thanks for your understanding. I look forward to seeing your work!
