While a select few of the soldiers' families were shown, there were many who weren't. I figure these people are the ones who gave birth to our wonderful soldiers and need to be recognized.

Information: He is the younger brother of Usagi. He and his sister fight like normal siblings and has even gone as far as to call her Stupid-Usagi from time to time. Unlike her, he gets very good grades in school. He loves Nintendo games and can be seen playing them from time to time. At first, he was deathly afraid of cats, but after Sailor Moon asked him to watch over Luna for him he seemed to let go of his fear. He gets along with Chibi Usa very well and has a very good, cute, friend from school named Mika that he also gets along with. For a time he seemed to have a crush on Ami as she treated him with more respect than the other girls (who used him as a bodyguard from undesirable guys at the beach).

Information: He is married to Ikuko and has has two children, Usagi and Shingo. He cares for his family very much and can sometimes be over protective of his daughter... escpecially when it comes to boys. He works as a magazine editor and occasionally take pictures for it as well. He and his family seem to get along well together.
