Information: Tomoko was a friend of Makoto's before Makoto transferred to Juuban Junior High School. When they were school together, Makoto saved her manuscripts from some jerk guys. When she read the story, Makoto admitted that she had never been drawn into a story like that. Tomoko watched a soccer athlete at school that she liked and thought that if she dated him she would be able to write lots of stories. However, since he was so popular she figured he wouldn't have time for her. Makoto encouraged her to apply for some awards and have him read her stories, then he'd notice her. Tomoko wrote her book, "Pegasus in the Moonlight," and it was a success. However, Tomoko had now run away from her work claiming that she had no more dreams. It turns out that at an autograph session she saw her crush with another girl and that has caused her problem. Makoto talked with her and was able to help her out (as well as save her from Tiger's-Eye). Later, she comes out with a book, "Illusion of Pegasus" and dedicates it to her best friend, Makoto.

She was encountered by Tiger's-Eye and later saved by Sailor Moon and Chibi Moon. It was after this event that she tried harder and was able to befriend Chibi Usa.

Information: Kitakata is the author of a book on plants. Chibi Usa had bought the book for the illustrations of the fairies that were with the plants. When Chibi Usa litterally bumped into the author she recognized him and they began to chat. Chibi Usa was the first to praise his work for the fairies and not the plant information. He told her that he saw the fairies in his dreams and believed that they must exist. Chibi Usa teased, asking if he would marry a woman who was like a fairy. Kitakata was deceived by Fisheye who posed as a fairy-type woman.

Information: Natsumi is the owner of a car garage. She had opened it with her husband Tomokazu with the shared dream to have the best garage in the country. Together they were restoring an old car. However, her husband died and she was left alone to carry on the dream. Ami and the gang met her through Mamoru and helped her to work on the old car. Hawk's-Eye eventually came into the scene with a disguise that made him resemble her dead husband. Bewildered by the man she followed him, but realized he was nothing like Tomokazu. She was saved by Sailor Moon, Chibi Moon, Mercury, and Tuxedo Kamen. In the end they were able to get the car running for a short run before it broke down again. But this time, she had the strength to carry on her dream and to continue working hard for it.

Information: Miharu was training to be the strongest warrior in the country. She was living in a tent under a bridge. Chibi Usa came to her, wanting to become her deciple, but Miharu refused until Chibi Usa offered her a place to stay. While at the Tsukino house, Usagi's room was turned into a training room. Her mother, Fuyumi, appeared very cold when she appeared and defeated her in battle, but was actually just concerned for her child. Miharu's only thought was training. Her mother wanted her to see that she shouldn't be serious all the time. In the end, she was able to defeat her mother by not being so serious all the time.

Information: Fuyumi is Miharu's mother. She lives at a dojo and when confronted by Usagi and Chibi Usa about her cold nature, she hinted at the problem bewteen her and her daughter. She wanted her daughter to not be so serious all the time about battle, to think of other things once in a while. In the end, she was finally defeated by Miharu when Miharu took her mother's advice.

Information: Usui is a famous girls' clothes designer. His designs are very popular, but when we meet him he has gone into a slump. He can't come up with new designs and can't figure out why. He encounters Fisheye and asks him to be his exclusive model, stating that he doesn't care if Fisheye is a guy or a girl. Slowly, but surely Fisheye starts to work his own designs into Usui's, and when one of his workers protest, Fisheye insists that he fires the guy or he'd leave. Usui's assistant who had been working with him from the beginning, wanted Usui to do his best, so he agreed to leave. After the new line of chothes was completed, the rest of his staff also quit. Usui, who was beside himself, was in the park pondering over his problems. Usagi accidentally found him and was very excited. She guessed right away about his slump and told him that designing her wedding dress for free would help him to want to work again. He thought she was a funny girl, and she made him realize his problem. Rather than designing because he wanted to for his dream, he was just doing his job. He thanked her and told her he would design her dress. After being attacked by Fisheye and saved by Sailor Moon, his new line was presented at the fashion show. Mini-skirts were the theme and in the end, a Sailor Moon inspired outfit and a beautiful wedding dress was presented.

Information: She is an older woman who is very untrusting of people and is usually very rude to unexpected kindnesses. Diana befriends her and eventually it is learned that she is a rich woman living in a large house all alone. Her dream was to open a restaurant with her beloved Ichirou. Right after they had bought the large house that was intended to become a restaurant, Ichirou left to become the greatest chef in the world. He couldn't stand the thought of opening such a tiny restaurant. She is, however, still waiting for him after twenty years. There is always stew cooked and ready for two. After an attack by Hawk's-Eye, Ichirou returns and they finally begin their dream together as they open their restaurant.

Chibi Usa learns of Robert from her friend Momo-chan the very day he asks her out. Chibi Usa is reluctant to go out with him. He allows her to think about it and she talks to Pegasus about the situation. He tells her the choice is up to her. Because of her budding feelings for her winged friend she has a hard decision to make. Chibi Usa declines his offer. He takes it well even though he tells her she is the first girl to reject him.
