Look a Little Deeper
If you just look at the surface of a character you oftentimes miss some of the most important aspects they have to offer. If you look deeper you'll find the true person.

Artemis is very focused on the mission of the sailor soldiers but when it comes to love he is a very shy guy. He can be really funny at times, especially where Luna is concerned. I'm not saying he is a fool but he does get handed a silly role sometimes. Artemis has always been friends with Minako since they were introduced. These two seem to take care of each other like best friends do. Sometimes when he gets caught doing something he is unaware of he has a habit of getting himself into more trouble by confessing to the wrong crime ^_^. He also shows much affection to Diana once he finds out who she is. He tries very hard to keep her from being influenced by the girls' bad habits.

The Ups and Downs
Every person has their good points and their bad points. That goes for animated characters as well so I have make a little list to go over some of these points.

Character Pros: He is very sincere about his feelings. He and Minako get along very well.

Character Cons: He can be clumsy at times. He gets in trouble a lot.
