Look a Little Deeper
If you just look at the surface of a character you oftentimes miss some of the most important aspects they have to offer. If you look deeper you'll find the true person.

Chibichibi is an enigma to say the least. She has secrets but speaks only her 'name'. I say it like this because she was only given this name after repeating the words from Usagi. She is just an adorable child with cute heart-shaped odango hair and an innocent smile. She is kind and friendly despite not speaking many different phrases. She is Galaxia's star seed, the Light of Hope. An evil force called Chaos was trying to take over the universe and so to protect life she sealed the being into her own body. When she realized she was being consumed she released her Star Seed in hopes that it would find someone who could help defeat Chaos. She found Usagi, a girl with a warm and loving heart of a princess soldier. She also was the link to finding the Starlights' princess, Kakyuu of the Kinmoku planet.

The Ups and Downs
Every person has their good points and their bad points. That goes for animated characters as well so I have make a little list to go over some of these points.

Character Pros: She is so very cute and cuddly looking. She has incredibly good luck in her travels. She is a very nice little girl.

Character Cons: She does not speak very much. She is too mysterious.
