Sadly to say, there was no cool anime transformation for Chibichibi. She uses no words to transform, just becomes a Sailor Soldier when she wants.

Powering up Sailor Moon's attack
Power First used: episode 187
Description: This is the first time that Chibichibi expresses powers. She touches the Eternal Tiare and a light engulfs her and Sailor Moon. Chibichibi is revealed as a sailor soldier and after this point, Sailor Moon attaches the Rainbow Moon Calice to her Eternal Tiare to form the Final Tiare. With this, Moon can perform the "Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss."
Changing forms

Description: In this episode Sailor Chibichibi changes from her tiny child form into a star seed, the light of hope, and the sealing sword.
