Chibi Usa (First Appeared: 060) She dropped out of the sky one day and revealed that she was in search of the Silver Crystal. This is how she goes from day to day when she is not taking on the form of a training soldier for Love and Justice.
	Black Lady (First Appeared: 085) Chibi Usa was taken in by the Black Moon's Wiseman. He preyed upon her lonliness and corrupted her feelings & memories. She was transformed into the Black Lady and fought against the Sailor Soldiers. It was Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask's love that brought her back.
	Small Lady (First Appeared: 088) Though it was revealed that she was the daughter of Neo Queen Serenity and King Endymion earlier on, she did not appear in this form until the final battle against Death Phantom.
	Sailor Chibi Moon (First Appeared: 103) She came back from the future just in time to save Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars from a daimon. After the crisis was over she revealed that her mother had sent her back to train to become a good sailor soldier.
	Super Sailor Chibi Moon (First Appeared: 128) She was given the power to transform into Super Sailor Chibi Moon by the energy of Pegasus. She and Sailor Moon gained the powers of double moon and would even transform together.
	Teenage Chibi Usa / Teenage Super Sailor Chibi Moon (First Appeared: 158) This form was the result of Palla Palla's magic. She switched the sizes of Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon and in turn gave Chibi Usa a false dream. It was Chibi Usa who broke the spell.
