Chiba, Mamoru (First Appeared: Episode 001) He was born in in our time and presently lives in Tokyo, Japan. This is how he goes from day to day when he is not taking on the form of the mysterious masked protector.
	Tuxedo Mask (First Appeared: Episode 001) This is the form he takes when fighting evil. He usually swoops in just in time to save Sailor Moon and the other soldiers.
	Prince Endymion (First Appeared: Episode 035) During a fierce battle with Zoisite, he was able to regain memories of his past life. He was the prince of Earth who was in love with the Moon Princess Serenity.
	Knight of the Moonlight / Tsukikage no Naito (First Appeared: Episode 049) After Mamoru lost his memories of the battle with Beryl this form of him emmerged. It was a shadow of Mamoru's memories to protect the princess since Mamoru could not remember himself. When he regained his memories the Knight merged with him once again.
	King Endymion (First Appeared: Episode 083) It was discovered that Mamoru would one day become king of 30th Century Crystal Tokyo.
