Look a Little Deeper
If you just look at the surface of a character you oftentimes miss some of the most important aspects they have to offer. If you look deeper you'll find the true person.

She has a very regal air and seems to hold much mystery. Kakyuu is the princess of the Kinmoku planet in a far away galaxy. She made only a few brief appearances before Galaxia found her and destroyed her. The princess wanted to unite the soldiers of her planet and those of the Earth. Her character revolves heavily on a particular flower theme, the Kinmokusei. It is the flower symbol on her head and the flower-ish theme on her outfit. She bears a scent of sweet tea olives [another name for kinmokusei / Osmanthus] and moves about with a regal bearing. However, she lost her planet to the enemy and fled to Earth. Kakyuu was definitely self-sacrificing. In her brief battle against Galaxia we saw her try to protect her soldiers from the enemy.

The Ups and Downs
Every person has their good points and their bad points. That goes for animated characters as well so I have make a little list to go over some of these points.

Character Pros: She wished to join forces with Sailor Moon. She holds a very beautiful and regal air. She is very powerful.

Character Cons: Didn't get to see her as a soldier. Not enough episodes with her.
