Interview with Hino, Rei


Interviewer: I was so surprised you were expecting me, Rei-chan. Being psychic does have it's perks, huh? So, please tell a bit about yourself.
Rei: It's not often someone isn't spooked by my ability. People call me strange for my psychic abilities and intuition. They keep their distance, but I can always hear the whispers in the background, the unacceptance from them. I am a hard worker and a take charge kinda girl which makes people believe I am a bit bossy. My trouble with opening up to people tends to make others think I am cold or uncarring. I can be a bit tempermental which leads others to think I am mean to Usagi but if I don't yell at her, who will keep her in line? She is my friend and I want her to be strong.

Interviewer: Understood. ::laughs:: To give the readers a little more on who you are can you tell me more about your role as a Sailor Soldier?
Rei: As Sailor Mars I tend to want to fight first and make plans later. Mercury usually makes me stop and think first though. I am not easily fooled by illusions of the enemy and use my Shinto charms to hold them back.

Interviewer: What is your dream for the future?
Rei: I want to be a singer, songwriter, model, seiyuu, and of course... ::blushes:: a wife to my beloved.

Interviewer: What is your worst fear?
Rei: I'll never tell!

Interviewer: Can you tell me a bit about your friends?
Rei: Tsukino Usagi,a girl stranger than myself, came to Grandfather's shrine and led me to my destiny as a sailor soldier. Like I mentioned earlier, we fight a lot, but it's only because I care so much about her. I don't want her acting like a coward, but like the princess she was born to be. There is also, Ami-chan, Mako-chan, and Minako-chan, who are great!

Interviewer: What does being a soldier mean to you?
Rei: It means I was born with a great gift, to be able to protect those who need help... to defend the Earth from attack and protect our princess.
