Interviewer: Forgive me for interrupting your studying, Ami-chan, and thank you for taking some time for my interview. So, please tell a bit about yourself.
Ami: I am the type of girl who always sits by herself and chooses to study over shopping. That was a while back, before I got to know Usagi-chan and the others. Back then I was lonely and I was constantly teased. I still take pride in my studies and knowledge but I have also found friends. Let's see... my favorite food is sandwiches because I can eat them while I study and I like receiving paintings from my father.
Interviewer: To give the readers a little more on who you are can you tell me more about your role as a Sailor Soldier?
Ami: As Sailor Mercury I am always making plans and studying the enemy with my super mini-computer. My attacks are mostly defensive as opposed to the others who have offensive powers. This gives me the opportunity to distract the enemy and give us a tacticle advantage.
Interviewer: What is your dream for the future?
Ami: My dream is to become a doctor and help lots of people. My mother is a doctor who works at the Juban Second General Hospital.
Interviewer: What is your worst fear?
Ami: ::blush:: Love Letters! I just can't deal with them as they embarrass me too much!
Interviewer: Can you tell me a bit about your friends?
Ami: Usagi-chan befriended me back in Grade 8 when no other person would be nice to me. She helped me to discover that I was Sailor Mercury. After, we became friends and she started getting me out into the open. It was quite nice to have a friend. I really like being with Usagi-chan and the other girls. I have found a courage from deep within and find myself looking forward to a bright new day.
Interviewer: What does being a soldier mean to you?
Ami: It's wonderful. It has helped me to have faith in myself and push forward with my dreams. Most of all, I get to fight beside Usagi-chan and the others.
