Look a Little Deeper
If you just look at the surface of a character you oftentimes miss some of the most important aspects they have to offer. If you look deeper you'll find the true person.

Usagi started her journey at age fourteen by meeting a talking cat who told her it was her job to go out and fight demons and scary villains. Before all this, her biggest worry was explaining her red mark on her recent test. It took Usagi quite a while to catch on to the idea of fighting evil and in the beginning she cried, ran away, and even tripped over herself. Luckily she had Tuxedo Kamen to save her as she adjusted to her new role as a fighting warrior.

Over time she met with other girls and she was no longer alone. She had others to help her in her secret journey. It started as competition between herself and Mars, but eventually, Usagi was fighting to save the world she loved. She found herself alone and her only defense were her own skills. With her compassion and strong beliefs in love and friendship she is carried to victory. She befriends everyone, not caring about what was in their past, she just loves everyone. This soldier's genuine emotions come through and she earns the respect and love of those around her.

She serves as her own comic relief as a typical anime female lead. She is a bad cook, clumsy, lazy... you get the idea. She is also deathly afraid of dentists, the Juuban Dentist to be exact. And for a girl with so many cavities it must be a living nightmare. She has her strong points, though. Her best dream, the one she feels the most strongly toward, is that of marrying Chiba, Mamoru. A simple, but noble and pure dream. It is one of the things that makes her so pure and loving.

The Ups and Downs
Every person has their good points and their bad points. That goes for animated characters as well so I have make a little list to go over some of these points.

Character Pros: She has a very friendly personality. She is willing to die for her friends. She is a very powerful soldier. She is a princess of the moon.

Character Cons: She can be overly jealous. She engages in many petty fights. She eats way too much. She flunks almost every test.
