Who's That Girl?
The princess of the moon lived over a thousand years ago among a race of beautiful immortals. She was the only daughter to Queen Serenity who ruled over Silver Millennium and heir to the mystical Silver Crystal. She was in love with the prince of Earth, Endymion, but their romance ended tragicly. Both the lovers were murdered by the evil queen Beryl who's goal was to take over the Earth and Moon. Since then, she has been reborn and lives her life as Tsukino, Usagi.

You can see that she is innocent and loving. She has the ability to brighten a room upon her arival and her grace is something to commend. Nothing like the girl she is today (Usagi-chan), or is she? Her willingness to sacrifice everything for her friends and loved ones holds true back when she was a princess to the here and now when she fights against alien intruders. The princess of the moon is froma powerful bloodline and carries the Phantom Silver Crystal which gives her even more power to stand up and fight.

Episode 046 - In the final battle with Queen Beryl and Queen Metalia Usagi transforms and fights as the Princess Serenity.
Episode 051 - Queen Serenity appears to Usagi and gives her a new henshin broach so that she can once more transform into Sailor Moon. Usagi appears as Princess Serenity here.
Episode 091 - Tuxedo Mask and Usagi join together to bring about a new power. They become Prince and Princess here.
Episode 166 - She transforms into the princess as she decends to the Earth trying to save the unconcious Chibi Moon.
Episode 200 - In the final battle against Galaxia / Chaos, Usagi transforms into Princess Serenity.
SMR Movie - She transforms into Serenity and uses the power of the crystal to save her friends and true love from death.
