Tsukino, Usagi (First Appeared: Episode 001) Born present day Japan, Usagi is a seemingly ordinary girl. She likes to sleep, eat, and play the Sailor V video game.
	Sailor Moon (First Appeared: Episode 001) Luna, the talking cat with a crescent bald spot on her forehead, revealed to her that she was a soldier for Love and Justice. This was her first form as a sailor soldier.
	Princess Serenity (First Appeared: Episode 034) It was discovered that she was the princess from the Moon Kingdom that Luna had been in search of for a long while.
	Neo Queen Serenity (First Appeared: Episode 072) Through Chibi Usa it was discovered that Usagi would one day become queen of a utopian society called Crystal Tokyo. Not only would she be queen, she would also have a daughter, Chibi Usa.
	Super Sailor Moon (First Appeared: Episode 111) After it was found that the three talismans were inside of the Soldiers of the Outer Solar System the Holy Grail was formed. When Sailor Moon took it in her hands she transformed into Super Sailor Moon.
	Messiah (First Appeared: Episode 125) Sailor Moon ended up being the Messiah that the Soldiers of the Outer Solar System where searching for. She became Super Sailor Moon without the Holy Grail and jumped into the frightening Pharoah 90, but was it to defeat him, or save Tomoe Hotaru? Either way, when she emmerged she carried a small child in her arms, her eyes were vacant, her body bruised, and the soldiers saw their savior.
	Chibi Usagi / Chibi Sailor Moon (First Appeared: 158, SuperS Movie) This form was the result of Palla Palla's magic. She switched the sizes of Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon. It was Chibi Usa who broke the spell and returned them to normal. She also appeared in this form in the SuperS Movie for a short while.
	Eternal Sailor Moon (First Appeared: Episode 168) She first appeared in this form as a vision to baby Hotaru. Sailor Moon first transformed into this form in the next episode when the other soldiers lent their powers. In episode 173 she transformed on her own with a new brooch and power.
