Look a Little Deeper
If you just look at the surface of a character you oftentimes miss some of the most important aspects they have to offer. If you look deeper you'll find the true person.

Michiru has proven to be very competative, though she likes a fair fight. She hates when someone lets her win and even seems a bit offended by it. She is very confident which is probably why she is a good match for Haruka. Michiru also exposes her jealous side [just a bit] when Haruka flirts with cute girls. Haruka is the same way if Michiru gets attention from boys. As Neptune, she is willing to die for her cause and as long as she has Sailor Uranus by her side she would walk into hell's fire. Uranus can be her strength but she is quite strong on her own and has a high sense of intuition that is rival to Mars. Michiru dreams of many things and with all her extremely artistic talents she will go far. She paints with incredible detail, she can bouce a lemon on her violin as she plays it, and can swim as good as Mizuno, Ami. Which will she choose in the future? One may never know.

The Ups and Downs
Every person has their good points and their bad points. That goes for animated characters as well so I have make a little list to go over some of these points.

Character Pros: She likes to have a fair match/fight. She have keen intuition. She is very talented.

Character Cons: She can be overly competitive. She likes to tease people at times.
