This section provides information on the villains that appeared through episodes 060-089 of Pretty Soldier Sailormoon R. Original air dates were June 26, 1993 - March 12, 1994.

This group of villains came from the future, the 30th Century to be exact. Their people refused to be purified by Neo Queen Serenity's Phantom Silver Crystal and were exiled to the dark planet Nemesis (). Prince Demand wished to take revenge for his people, but because of his naivety to the Wiseman's true purpose, he and those who followed his orders were killed. Only the Four Weird Sisters (), who chose to be purified by Sailor Moon and live as normal humans were spared. The Wiseman revealed himself to be the Death Fantom, a creature intent on using his Evil Black Crystal () to open the Black Gate and destroying the world.
