Description: Raye is a mysterious girl who lives at the Cherry Hill Temple with her letcherous old grandfather. She has keen insight and the ability to perform fire readings. She is very hot tempered and fights a lot with Serena. Underneath, however, it has been seen that Raye really does care for her friend and would fight to the end with her. With her psychic abilities she is a great asset to the Sailor Scouts as the fiery Sailor Mars.
