Description: Hotaru is a weak girl who has few, if any, friends. Most people are scared of her thought she cannot understand why. It turns out that she blacks out now and then and hurts people unknowingly. Rini meets her in the part one day and befriends the lonely girl. Little does she realize that Hotaru is being shaped to become the Sovereign of Silence, Mistress 9. At the end, Hotaru is able to break free of the "parasite" that has taken control of her and destroy the evil. She becomes Sailor Saturn, the most feared Sailor Scout who can bring about the end of the world with her Silence Glaive.
