From the very start the story is familiar to people who have seen the SuperS TV series of Sailor Moon. It deals with children's dreams, only they are not being stolen, but instead, made to stay trapped within their dreams forever. . .

The movie begins with a pied-piper routine, the fairies are luring children out of their homes all over the world to come to a world of candy. One fairy stands alone in a town, watching with concerned eyes. This fairy, Peruru, is eventually befriended by Rini, who gives him her hand-baked cookies. That night Rini is drawn in by the fairies music and leaves her home. Serena and follows her and meets with the other girls. They finally come to the source of the problem and find a huge ship being loaded by children. Serena wakes Rini with a few good slaps to her behind. The fairy stops his music and sends his Bon Bon Babies to attack. The girls transform and fight them off. Peruru appears in hopes to stop the other fairy, his very own older brother, Pupuran. It is of no use as Pupuran follows the commands of their leader, Badiane. The music starts up and the children once again start entering the ship. Tuxedo Mask appears to help but he's injured badly. Mini Moon is pulled in and taken away on the ship.

Peruru was about to run away but the scouts stop him and confront him about the situation. They are in Darien's appartment and Serena holds his hand. He asks if Rini is alright and painfully, Serena pulls herself together to tell him yes. The girls depart on Peruru's ship to find Rini. They come to Marzipan Castle where the children are being held but are attacked by the other faries, Pupuran, Banane, and Orange. Pluto, Uranus, and Neptune appear to help and one by one, the faries are defeated. They come to find Badiane and try to fight her off. She is too powerful and it left to Sailor Moon and Peruru to help Rini. Badiane reveals that she is a part of the Black Dream Hole and enters it with Rini. Sailor Moon follows even though Peruru warns her that she will never escape the power within.

Sailor Moon is confronted by Badiane when she finds Rini and is placed inside a dream coffin, like the other children. She dreams of Darien, but is able to snap out of her dream and revive Rini. With the powers of the other soldiers they are able to have the strength they need to fight on. Together, Moon and Mini Moon use their "Moon Gorgeous Meditation" attack with matching Kaleido-moon-scopes. They defeat the evil and emerge from the crumbling Black Dream Hole. The children are guided back to Earth by Peruru. As the sun rises over the ocean Mini Moon and Peruru say their good-byes. He gives her his flute and she gives him a kiss on the cheek ^_^; Then he flutters away and Mini Moon waves to him until he is out of site.

New Characters Appearing in the Movie
	Peruru - Peruru is a hummingbird fairy who befriended Rini and fought against the evil Badiane. He wanted to protect children's dreams rather than keep them forever in them.
	Pupuran - He is another hummingbird fairy and older brother to Peruru. He seems to be the unspoken leader of the fairies that served Badiane or at least the one in most contact with her.
	Orange - This is a cukoo fairy who served Badiane by collecting children. His get-up resembles that of an Orange, his namesake. He used pink Bon Bon Babies and became a pink cukoo bird when he was defeated.
	Banane - This is a cukoo fairy who served Badiane by collecting children. His get-up resembles that of an Banana, his namesake. He used yellow-orange Bon Bon Babies and became a yellow-orange cukoo bird when he was defeated.
	Bon Bon Babies - The equivilant to the Monster-of-the-Day in the movie. They were formed from the Papillotte (the candy in wrappers). They are child-like in form and are very bouncy.
	Queen Badiane - An evil woman who wished to have all children sleep forever and use their sugar energy to create the Black Dream Hole. She especially liked the strong energy of Rini.
