Act 01 ~ Usagi - SAILORMOON

Usagi wakes up late and on her mad dash to school, she tramples a little black cat. The cat struggles to remove two bandaids from its forehead so Usagi helps it out, revealing a crescent bald spot where the bandaids once covered. It gives her an eerie look before she remembers she's late. She scores a thirty on her test at school and gets in trouble. Later that day she visits the OSA*P Jewelry (owned by her friend Naru's mother) with her friends. There is a huge sale going on and people are acting crazy. Angry at her test, she tosses the paper right into the face of a handome young man who can't believe her low score. Infuriated, she goes to the Crown Game Center. Later, she is taking a nap and is confronted again by the black cat. She begins to speak and introduces herself as Luna. She tells Usagi that she must transform into Sailor Moon to save her friend Naru. Sailor Moon goes to the rescue and fights the enemy. A mysterious masked man gives her encouragement and she's able to fight the creature and save her friend.

Act 02 ~ Ami - SAILORMERCURY

Luna reveals to Usagi her mission, to find her allies and the princess. Usagi discovers the genius girl from class five, Mizuno Ami who's scores are first place in the country. She attends the Crystal Seminar, an elite college prep cram school. It turns out that the cram school is an enemy trap and that Ami is the first ally, Sailor Mercury.

Act 03 ~ Rei - SAILORMARS

Queen Beryl reveals to her Shitennou that the Phantom Silver Crystal they are seeking is the source of all energy, that carries unfathomable and unlimited power. The one who obtains it can become ruler of the entire universe. Usagi meets with Hino Rei and it turns out that she is the second ally, Sailor Mars. She destroys Jadeite.

Act 04 ~ Masquerade - The Masked Ball

It is announced in the newspaper that Princess of the D Kingdom, the kingdom of jewels, Princess D is coming to Japan along with her phantom treasure. She will be staying at the D Kingdom Embassy at the bottom of Sendai Hill. The girls suspect that Princess D might be the princess they are seeking, but it turns out that she was just a normal princess. Usagi and Tuxedo Mask share a kiss, but when Luna questions him, he says if they are looking for the same thing they might be enemies. Elsewhere a lone girl in the rain states that a storm is coming.

Act 05 ~ Makoto - SAILORJUPITER

Usagi has been having strange dreams lately. On her way to school, Usagi is thinking about Tuxedo Mask and walks into the street without noticing the oncoming car. A tall girl with rose earrings comes to her rescue. Later it turns out to be Kino Makoto, a transfer student into class six at her school who was rumored of being kicked out of her old school for fighting. There are also rumors going around of a haunted bridal shop where the ghost bride appears to seduce men. The Ghost Bride is a part of a Dark Kingdom trap to gather energy. Motoki was possessed by it and tried to trick Makoto but Sailor Moon and the others fight it. Makoto is enraged to find out that Motoki's feelings weren't real and she becomes Sailor Jupiter. She destroys Nephrite with her new powers.
