Eternal Sailor Moon called upon sleeping sailor soldiers within the cauldron, the Sailor Crystals to help her break apart Chaos. It is at this point that she cast herself into the Galaxy Cauldron, the place where all stars are born, in order to rescue her loved ones. Her body melted away as she entered and after reuniting with Mamoru, and the other sailor soldiers, she is confronted by a sprite sized woman. The woman introduced herself as the guardian and holy spirit of the Cosmos Seed. She offered Sailor Moon to remain as those perfect star forms, but Usagi wished to return to the way she and her friends knew each other so that they may continue to live together. Immediately, they were encased in light and cast into the air. As they flew away, Usagi called out a question to the guardian, 'Was Chaos destroyed?' After she is gone, Guardian Cosmos reveals the truth. "The core of Chaos, the Chaos seed, and Guardian Chaos, are melted into the Cauldron. Now they have become too small to be found. They might be born again. Because this is the place where stars, and possibilities, are born..."

The galaxy was saved by Eternal Sailor Moon and stars will continue to be born and reborn in the Cauldron. In this, the battle between light and dark, good and evil, will continue.

Guardian Cosmos
This is the only form this character takes in the story. She is the guardian of the Cosmos Seed and dwells within the Galaxy Cauldron.
