This tiny little girl floated out of the sky with a parasol to find a beautiful woman (Kakyuu Princess) unconscious on the ground. When she meets up with Usagi and the other girls, Ikuko tells them that Chibichibi is Usagi's little sister. She copies other people's sentances... or at least the last part of their sentances. The girls are bewildered and makes guesses that she might be Usagi's second daughter or even Chibi Usa's daughter, but it turns out that none of it is true. Usagi suggests that, like when Chibi Usa appeared, her coming might be a sign of a crisis to come. She carries around an inscense burner which later turns out to be hiding the princess the Three Lights were searching for on Earth. It later turns out that Chibichibi could transform into a Sailor Soldier as well as speak normally. She eventually revealed to the Sailor Soldiers her true form of Sailor Cosmos. This is the form we see this little girl in the most durning her time in the series. She's a small child who doesn't say much most of the time.

Sailor Chibichibi < - >
Chibichibi reveals that she can transform into a Sailor Soldier and helps Eternal Sailor Moon and her friends fight. However, her true form is Sailor Cosmos.

Sailor Cosmos < - >
Revealed to be a future version of Sailor Moon, but whether she is a reborn version of her or just a future incarnation from Neo Queen Serenity is unknown.
