She is the first princess of the new Silver Millennium of the 30th Century and although she doesn't look it, this 'little girl' is 901 years old. She celebrates her 902nd birthday in Chibi Usa's Picture Diary (volume 10). When she first appeared, she had traveled through time on a mission to help save her mother. She befriended the Sailor Soldiers and was protected by them against the enemy, the Black Moon. Eventually, she was transformed into Black Lady and fought for the Black Moon. During this time, she managed to hypnotize Mamoru and steal Usagi's Phantom Silver Crystal, obtaining both the present and future Phantom Silver Crystals. Memories of Pluto's friendship eventually brought her out of this evil spell, and it was then that she awoke as Sailor Chibi Moon.

Throughout the series, Usagi and Chibi Usa would mirror each other in their powers and personalities. They had many similar weapons and used 'double moon' attacks more often. "Like mother, like daughter," as they say. In the Dreams saga, she met with the priest of Elysion, Helios, and acquired her own Sailor Crystal, the Pink Moon Crystal.

She dropped out of the sky one day and revealed that she was in search of the Silver Crystal. This is how she goes from day to day when she is not taking on the form of a training soldier.

Usagi Small Lady Serenity < - >
She is the first princess of the new Silver Millennium and daughter of Neo Queen Serenity and King Endymion in Crystal Tokyo. She lives in the Crystal Palace

Black Lady < - >
Chibi Usa was taken in and manipulated by the Wiseman. She was transformed into the Black Lady and fought against the Sailor Soldiers. Pluto's death helped free her from this form.

Sailor Chibi Moon < - >
Going though her first growth spurt and finally receiving the powers of the Moon's bloodline, Chibi Usa becomes Sailor Chibi Moon and fights alongside Sailor Moon.

Super Sailor Chibi Moon < - >
A second Holy Grail appears and allows Chibi Moon to transform into Super Sailor Chibi Moon with Super Sailor Moon.

Princess Lady Serenity < - >
She is the maiden that Helios was searching for when he arrived. He thought she was Sailor Moon, but it turned out to be an older (future) version of Small Lady.
