Story
She is the genius loci Toohiichan. "I am the genius loci haunting this land. I've been in China for four thousand years. I'm Touhiichan." She smells the air. "Mmm. Sweet. Filled with the spirit of sugar. This shop has lots of young, escaping game. Using this spirit of sugar, I can gather more and more escaping kiddies." she says as she takes over the Pri Pri store.
Kino Makoto, who is having trouble with her studying for exams, wanders into the Pri Pri store (again). Toohiichan has filled Makoto with her sugar spirit and allowed her complete escape from her depression. When the other Sailor Soldiers appear and call to her she snaps back into reality and defeats Toohiichan with "Jupiter Coconut Cyclone."
