The Story
Sailor Φ and Sailor Χ were the Star Gardeners. Together they served Sailor Galaxia and would keep her informed of their underlings, the Sailor Anima-mates, progress of the collection of the Sailor Crystals. These two heartlessly killed Sailor Lethe and Sailor Mnemosyne. Together they stood in front of Galaxia's Palace in the Star Garden where they confronted Eternal Sailor Moon and her friends. She was destroyed by Eternal Sailor Moon's Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss.
