Innocent Child of Darkness

Sunlight pours down from my windows
Halting strands and threads of tiny shadows
I, a small girl, sit alone in my room
May appear to be innocent but will soon bring doom

Papa has changed, his heart grown cold
And his assistant looks at me like I am gold
Something tells that my fate to be
Will be not cute nor nice nor pretty

I seem to bring life by helping people heal
But I know that something is within me, something so real
Darkness has stolen my soul, I know that for sure
Something so evil that nothing could cure

The end will come and all will be gone
The cries of death shall be like a song
I am to be the bringer of the night
The messiah of darkness, making all tremble in my might

For now I appear to be a small child
But sin is behind my attractive smile
Nothing will save me, nothing will help me
None can stop me of what I am to be...
