New Friends and New Enemies Part 3 The Ronin Warriors led the Sailor Scouts to the pathway to the Netherworld. A long light lifted into the clouds. The Ronin Warriors were in their sub armor and the sailor scouts still in their street clothes. Artemis sat on Kento's shoulder and Serena carried Luna. Yuli and Mia rode on White Blaze. "The Dynasty is up there?" Amy asked. "Pretty creepy, huh?" Lita agreed. "I guess we better put our armor on now," Sage said. "Now you're talking!" Kento laughed, he then turned his head to Artemis and pet his head "you might want to jump off now, Artemis." "Armor of Wildfire…Tao Jin!" "Armor of Strata…Tao Inochi" "Armor of Hardrock…Tao Gi!" "Armor of Torrent…Tao Shin!" "Armor of Halo…Tao Chi!" The Sailor Scouts watched in awe as the Ronin Warriors powered up. They smiled while they held their hands up to their face. "Would you look at that?" Serena whispered to Mina. "They sure look good in that armor," Mina agreed, "don’t they?" "That's good boys," Lita said, "now watch us!" "Moon Prism…Power!!" "Mercury Power!" "Mars Power!" "Jupiter Power!" "Venus Power!" As the girls transformed from ordinary junior high girls into pretty champions of justice, the Ronin Warriors watched in more awe and amazement. They found themselves staring at them and couldn't turn their eyes away from them. Kento gave a wolf whistle when Sailor Venus gave her final pose. Sai blushed and turned his eyes to the ground. "Well, boys," Sailor Moon said, "let's go!" They stepped into the light that took them the Netherworld. "Look," Rowen said, "I see Talpa's castle!" "Then we're going in!" Ryo said, leading them to it. They stopped at the gate. "Enter," Talpa boomed. The doors opened on their own. "Who was that?" Sailor Venus asked with a trembling voice, pushing against Kento for support. "Talpa," he answered, putting his hand on her shoulder, "don’t worry, Sailor V, I'll protect you!" "I'm getting very bad Negavibes," Sailor Mars said, taking a step back. "And even worse vibes." "The Dynasty," Mercury whispered. "It's the only way in," Ryo said. The Sailor Scouts and Ronin Warriors stepped inside the dark castle holding hands. The door shut behind them when they sat inside. Mia shouted as she leaned from White Blaze's back Trap doors underneath them opened up and they fell down the chutes into darkened rooms. Sailor Mercury, you all right love?" Sai asked, pulling her to her feet. "That wasn't a soft landing," she grimaced. She heard a low breathing sound, "what's that?" "Sekmet," Sai murmured, "Warlord of Venom." "I’m glad you remember me," Sekmet stepped into view, "Sai of the Torrent!" "I'd have a much better chance fighting him in the water," Sai whispered to Sailor Mercury. "You'll have to do your best on land now," she whispered back, "but I'll buy you some time….Mercury Bubbles….BLAAAAAAAST!" "What's this fog?" Sekmet shouted. "Where are you? Aghh!" He waved his arm around, "No matter…SNAKE FANG STRIIIKKE!" He threw a sword, which was heading right toward Sailor Mercury. "Watch out!" Sai knocked Sailor Mercury out the sword's way. The sword pierced his arm and he fell to his knees. "Sai!" Sailor Mercury gasped, pulling the sword out and throwing it aside. "Sai, speak to me!" Sai winced, "my arm is going numb." "In a few minutes, that wont be the only thing going numb!" Sekmet growled. The fog cleared up, "Sai, get up!" Sailor Mercury shouted, "quickly!" she gave him his Yari as she helped him up. "We're putting you on ice, Sekmet!" He took his Yari with a groan, "Super Wave Smasher!" "Mercury Ice Bubbles….FREEZE!" After the water from Sai's Yari pushed Sekmet back, Sailor Mercury's ice bubbles froze up on him. Leaving him a giant iced statue. "You weren't kidding when you told him we were going to put him on ice!" Sai smirked, "aaghh!" he grabbed his arm. His armor disappeared and he was in his sub armor. "I'm loosing it…" "Hold on, Sai," she said, taking her left glove off and tied it around his wound. She lifted his arm around her shoulders. "I'll take you to water." With her visor, she found a waterfall and a lagoon not far from the castle, "look Sai. Isn't it pretty?" she asked, leading him to the waterfall. "I guess the Netherworld used to be beautiful once," he agreed, "and this must be the only beautiful place left." He walked into the waterfall and stood there for a while. "Are you feeling any better?" she asked in concern "In time," he grimaced. He held his hand out to her, "come in, the water's great." With a shy smile, she took his hand anyway and stepped inn the waterfall. Sai was right. It did feel good. They stood in the waterfall, hand in hand, until Sai was fully healed. *** Sailor Mars and Ryo were fighting a goon from the Negaverse. "Mars Fire…Ignite!" Sailor Mars shouted. The monster shouted from the blow, but was on the other hand, unharmed. Sailor Mars jumped to kick her, but the monster grabbed her and threw her hard, making her land on her ankle awkwardly. She twisted it. "Flare up," "Mars Fire…" "NOW!" "IGNITE!" The monster exploded into dust. "Good job, Sailor Mars," Ryo said. "Thanks…ooh, my ankle!" she groaned. "What are you doing fighting in high heals anyway?" he demanded. "Hey, we got the monster, didn’t we?" she snapped, crossing her arms. Ryo smiled, she looks awfully cute when she's angry. He thought, picking her up, "come on, let's go. The battle isn't' over yet." He has nice blue eyes! Sailor Mars thought, "all right, let's go!" Sailor Jupiter and Sage were fighting Kale, Warlord of Corruption. "Keep him busy while I think of something," Sage called out. "Fine with me!" Sailor Jupiter called back, "Jupiter Thunder….CRAAASHH!" Her lightning knocked Kale back for a moment, but his armor protected him. "Is that the best you can do?" he demanded with a laugh. "Oooh!" Sailor Jupiter groaned. She jumped up and flipped over his head, knocking his helmet off. She yanked on his cape. "You fool, don't you know that darkness will always over come the light?" he said, knocking her back. "Black lightning slash!" "Other way around, Kale!" Sage cried, blocking the blow with his No Dachi, a long broad sword with a spike at the hilt. "Our turn, Sailor Jupiter. Let's go together." "Ready when you are, Sage!" she put her hands together, "Jupiter Thunder…"her lightning rod shot up over her tiara… "Thunderbolt cut!" "CRAAASH!!" their combined powers made Kale disappear. "See, Kale was wrong!" Sage said, twirling his sword around. "Yes!" Sailor Jupiter jumped up and threw her arms around Sage in a big hug. Sage was so startled he dropped his No Dachi. He then wrapped his arms around her and pulled her head back, holding it gently in his armored hands. "I hope we get out of this alive," he said. "Hey, we will." She assured, "now let's go!" "Hey, I'm stuck!" Sailor Moon shouted, trapped in Anubis' chains. She wiggled to get free. "My energy is…draining…" "Hold on I'll get you out!" Rowen shouted to Sailor Moon, "Arrow Shock Wave!" he blasted the chains apart to set Sailor Moon free. "Thanks Rowen!" she yelled with appreciation, "now, Anubis," she pointed at him and twirled her arms about "you're about to be come moon dust! I am Sailor Moon, champion of justice. I will right wrongs and triumph over evil and that means you!" "Way to tell him, Sailor Moon!" Rowen shouted, loading another arrow to his bow, "let's go together, on this one, ready?" "Go ahead and give it to me," Anubis laughed. "Moon Tiara…" "Arrow Shock Wave!" "Magic!" the shock wave combined with her tiara, making it fly and twirl faster. It was so powerful, that it made Anubis' armor of the Ogre and he was in his sub-armor. "Sailor Moon," Rowen said, stepping beside her, "Tulpa will be stronger if he get all nine armors in his possession. The Dark Warlords are not really demons. They are humans that Tulpa turned into his puppets." "So, they're really good guys?" she asked. "Yes, but I need to figure out a way to turn them back," Rowen looked at the weak Anubis, "but I don't know of anything." "Leave it to me, Rowen," Sailor Moon smiled and threw her moon wand up, "this will take care of it!" "Moon Healing Activation!" The bright light circled around Anubis, curing the cruelty in his heart. Anubis stood up, "I thank you," he said. "It feels better to be free from Tulpa's evil spell."
