Author's Notes: I don't own Sailor Moon and yada yada yada, you
know the drill. And I made a tiny mistake, Abby should be 15 and in
grade 9 or it should be the 4th season according to the manga. Oops!

called "Save Me" by Hanson, This Time Around. I don't own that 
either! Hehe, if you read the words carefully you'll understand what's
going on with Devon. Well that was a big give away but most people 
don't read this anyway. Well I'm done. L8ers!


Episode 2

	A month has gone by since I first found out I was a Sailor 
Soldier. I had finally mastered my attacks and have been wokring on my
staregy. I didn't know much about my enemies, only that they were here
to take over the Earth; like every other villain. We don't know who
sent Garnet and his accomplice Blaze or where they came from. It 
angered Queenie which she had little patience on the topic now.
	"Where are they coming from?" Queenie yelled at the newspaper
from today.
	I took a sip of my opened pop. It was late Saturday afternoon
and I didn't have any plans till tonight. "Isn't there anyone else who
shares the same destiny as me?"
	"Well yes..." Queenie replied. "They might not even be on the
same planet although I don't imagine any reason for them not to be."
She sat down on her stool giving up on looking in the paper on the
counter.
	"Anyway we can find them?"
	"Yes but it will take some time to set up a communication 
system..."
	"Forget it." I cut her off. A week, maybe even a day, later 
could mean too much later. It didn't seem like time was too faberal
with us. By now the enemies must be sick of defeat.
	"Are you going to that dance tongiht?"
	"Yeah. Maybe it will atract that bitch Blaze and get some dirt
on what she's up to." I set down my empty can. I was getting really 
sick of Blaze and her stupid remarks. Her put downs were so 
unorigina;. We know who isn't going to become a world known author in
their next life.
	"Great, maybe I could bring a scanner and..."
	"Queenie, you can't go. They wouldn't even let me into the 
building if you were with me." "I checked my watch. "I have an hour to
get ready. Don't worry Queenie, I'll be on the look out." She didn't 
seem to content with my answer as I got up and walked down to my room.

	By 7:30pm I was out the door and getting into Kayle's car. Her
mom always gave us rides to the dance and my parents picked us up. 
Kayle had her usual brown bunned hair, Chines tank top, khakis, and
tuns of gliter. I on the other hand had a plain white tank, jeans, and
my shinny black hair pulled back. Kayle had always looked better 
anyway.
	It took us 10 minutes to get downtown to the local dance
building. Waving goodbye to Kayle's mom we ran into the building and 
up the stairs to the teen dance room. We paid regualr admission price
and entered the world of spinning disco and strobe lights with hot 
guys. The dance was already in high gear as we made our way to our
group of friends. As always, Mallie was jumping about being her stupid
self as Tine and Nicole laughed at her.
	Kayle started tugging on my arm. "He's here!" I turned to where
she was looking. A good-sized group of guy with (groan) Devon Cratter.
"Oh he's so hot." Kayle went all googly eyed.
	"Please spare me." I replied inching away. "He isn't even that
hot." I lied. As if he heared me Devon had heared me he looked my way,
causing Kayle to fall to a heap on the floor. "I think I'm going to go
to the bathroom." I told my friends and exited to the ladies room.
	Actually I just wanted to get away from Devon's galre. I leaned
up against the wall and closed my eyes. He's always so mean to me,
like there's something different about me that's so bad. When I opened
my eyes, to my horrow, Devon was standing right nect to me. He took my
hand and led me out to the dance floor. I didn't stop him, I don't 
know why, but I felt another feeling when he took my hand. When we got
out there a slow song, how quaint, started playing.

	If begging you might somehow turn the tides
	Then tell me to I've got to get this off my mind

	I never though I'd be speaking these words
	I never though I'd need to say
	Another day alone is more then I take

	Devon holding me felt so right and so samiliar. My head started
to cloud and a scene started to play in my head. "It's cold and rainy
as the water soaked through my dress. Was he comming? Was he just 
going to leave me here? I should have known this was going to happen.
A warm hand placed itself on my shoulder. Spinning around I looked 
into his eyes. His hair was matted all over his head but his eyes 
still shown bright.

	Won't you save me, cause savings what I need
	I just want to be by your side
	Won't you save me, I don't want to be
	Just drifting through the sea of life

	I snapped back into reality as the song ended. I looked into
Devon's eyes, so bright, then I saw Kayle's, full of fire. "Oh no!" I
pushed myself from Devon's arms. What have I done? I glanced back at
Kayle, she was fuming. I took one last glance at Devon, he looked so
hurt, then I ran back over to Kayle trying to explain what happened.
	In the middle of "I'm so sorry!" Blaze burst into the dance in
a huge dancing flame. "Your Star Seeds belong to me!" Blaze yelled at
the shocked people and started laughing. "Star seed come to me." She 
was beging to retrieve people's star seeds.
	Devon ran up to her. "Blaze stop!"
	"I don't take orders from you anymore!" Blaze snapped and pushed
him out of the way.
	I was stuck; I didn't know what to do. I couldn't transform with
all these people around. I shrinked away into a corner. "Earth Crystal
Power, Make Up!" I whispered to my compact. A surge of energy rushed
through my body, I was once again Sailor Earth. I jumped up onto a 
near by table. "Stop right there Blaze!"
	She snapped her head to me. Even from a distance I could see the
glare on her face. "The Star Seeds can wait, I'll finish you first!"
She prepared for an attack. "Dregan Fire BLAZE!"
	I used my new attackl. "Earth Wind Shock!" A gust of wind blew
the fire back into little sparks. Blaze didn't look very happy about
this at all.
	"Blaze stop!" It was Garnet.
	"Shut up! I don't take orders from a little boy!" Garnet's face
twisted.
	"Fine! Die! I wont save an ungrateful bitch like you!" He left.
	"I wont need it Emerald's little brother!"
	Now is my chance, Blaze's guard is down. "Rose Bloom Attack!" 
The deadly bunch of roses cute up Blaze then started the poisonous
gas. Blaze's eyes burned with sorrow and hate as she fell to the
floor. Her body turned into a small dragon then to ashes. The look was
devastating, it made me feel so guilty. Was she just a poor girl used
as a pawn in Galaxia's game?
	
	The dance was cut right after the fight. I called my parents and
a half-hour later I was home sitting on my bed. Queenie came into my
room. "So what did you find out?"
	"The enemies mission is to collect Star Seeds, whatever those
are, Garnet is Emerald's little brother, whoever she is, and Blaze is
dead." I tumbled back onto my bed..
	"Emerald's little brother?" Queenie jumped onto my bed. 
"Garnet's part of the Black Moon Clan?"
	"Um yeah, I guess." I rolled over. "I'm really tired, explain it
to me tomorrow." I turned off my lamp and left Queenie frowning in the
darkness. The picture of Devon and I dancing slipped into my head. I
smiled the frowned as I remembered the look on Kayle's face. What am 
I going to do?
