Author's Notes: Hey there! Welcome to the second to last episode, I think. I'm not exactly sure but I think it is. I guess this fic kind of tipped onto the romantic side more then I had intended. Maybe cause of these Hanson love songs. ^^; Anyway, I don't own Sailor Moon yada, yada, yada...oh! Today is my friend Nikki's brithday! (5/25) Happy Birthday Nikki! =D Episode 5 What was I to do? I didn't want to break up with Devon, I love him too much. Queenie decided as long as I could get information from him it was fine to be with him. I felt like I was betraying him. That same week a new girl entered my school. Her name is Terry Balance and I felt she was just the person I could go to to get away from my problems. She was open and understanding, always very cheerful. I didn't understand how she could be so happy all the time. Everytime I'm with her Devon always seems to disapprove. "I can be friends with whoever I want." I stated grabbing my books from my locker as Devon leaned against the locker next to it. "I didn't say you couldn't, it's just that..." "I's just that what? What's wrong with Terry? And how do you know?" I slammed my locker shut. "She just moved here from a different part of the country and so did you. You shouldn't know anything about her." Devon started cracking his knuckles. "I don't know anything about her it's just that she seems kind of creepy and..." "You're too quick to judge." I cut him off. "You didn't let me finish!" Devon said shifting his weight to both feet. "I don't need you to!" I replied and swung my backpack on my shoulder. "Abby, let me explain." He pleaded taking my arm and leading me outside of the school where no one would hear us. "Okay explain." "Well it's just not that easy." Devon said scratching his head. "Why don't you like her? Is it because she might kill you because you work for Galaxia?" "How did you know that?" He jumped back. "I was there Devon, I can make connections. I'm not that stupid." I put my other strap on my shoudler. "So where's the explination?" I said impatiently. "Well...I uh..." "You don't have one do you?" "Look Abby..." He sighed. "This isn't working out. Maybe we shouldn't be together anymore." He stuffed his hands in his pockets. "I should have listen to Mist." He mumbled. "You should have what?" I said angrily. "Maybe you should have!" I stomped off to catch my bus. I wiped a tear away from my face with the back of my hand. "You were supposed to say no..." Devon whispered disappearing back to headquarters. It got around school pretty quick about our break up and soon girls were hanging all over Devon. I pretended not to notice. For my sorrow Kayle and Terry took me shopping hoping it would cheer me up. We bought ice cream and tried on the spring prom dresses. I totally forgot about Devon and what happened yesterday. I even forgot my mission here on this planet. "With all this energy..." Terry thought. "I should drain them now before these two waste anymore of it. "Something wrong Terry?" Kayle asked holding up a light yellow sun dress. "Oh no, I'm fine!" Terry reassured with a smile. "They've been so nice to me maybe I shouldn't." An image of a pure white horse popped into her head with the cotton candy pink haired girl on it's back. Terry shook her head. "I must if I ever want to be with him." "Hey guys, what do you think of this..." I asked comming out of the dressing room with a satin lacy purple dress on. How I wished Devon was so I could laugh in his face. "Terry! What are you doing?" Terry turned away from zapping the energy out of Kayle. "My name isn't Terry!" She yelled throwing her hands in the air. The gates to the store closed and locked making it so no one could get in or out. Waves on energy from the people inside the mall swept around Terry. Sh appeared in a pastel dress with flashing blue/silver hair. "It is Turbulence, princess of Wingal." She raised her hand. "I'm sorry Abby but I must to continue my destiny." Turbulence closed her eyes. "Don't Turbulence!" It was HIM again "saving" me from his dreaded servants. "Don't what? You told me to collect their energy." "Just Kayle's." Turbulence gave him a funny look. "You really are in love with this human, Mist was right." "No...It's..." Garnet stammered cracking his knuckles. "It's what?" I demanded. "Look, I don't need you to save me! I can defend myself! "Oh no you can't!" Garnet replied facing me. "You don't know how powerful we are." I gave him a blank look. "I'm pretty sure I do." "Garnet..." Turbulence called with her hands behind her back. "What?" Garnet said annoyed turning around. "No! Get out of the way!" I cried pushing him away. "Stop it Abby!" He snapped pushing my arm away. "This is for you're betrayal to Galxia!" Turbulence roared blasting him with a gust of air sending him to the back of the clothing store. "You dare go back on your oath of loyalty. What till Galaxia finds out." She held up a ball of energy. "Shut...up...!" Garnet hissed. "Stop right there!" I yelled still in the not bought dress. "I won't let you get away with that! For betraying those who gave you their trust and hurting a person finding the good in them, I won't stand for it! In the name of Earth, I will punish you!" "What?" Turbulence and Garnet said in unison. "Earth Crystal Power, Make-up!" I welcomed the warmth of energy as it formed into my sailor fuku. It tingled my senses making them sharper and gave me that chilly feeling; much likle when Devon touched my hand. Me eyes were closed but I knew Turbulence, especially Garnet, were starring at me open mouthed. When I finally opened my eyes I was Sailor Earth and they were still starring at me. "Not only did you fall in lofe with an human girl but one who fights with the enemy!" Turbulence yelled bonking Garnet on the head. Garnet rubbed his head. "I didn't know Abby was a Sailor Soldier!" "Surprise, surprise!" I remarked winking. "Let's get this over with. Earth Wind Shock!" Turbulence gave an evil grin. "Now you're talking my language! Lightening Bird Turbulence!" Her gust of wind blew mine away and the thunder bird almost hit me. Now I see I'm going to have to re-think my strategy. "What are you waiting for Sailor Solderi?" "Nothing witch!" I touched the green gem in my tiara. "Earth Tidal Wave!" Waves of water shot up from beneath Turbulence and caught her off guard. By the time she had landed ont he ground she was soaked. She sat there like a sitting duck. "Well come on Abby! Kill me!" I could see pain in her eyes. I didn't know what happened to her but I wasn't going to make the same mistake I made with Blaze. "Earth..." Turbulence squeezed her eyes shut as my compact began to glow. "Abby don't kill her" Garnet yelled finally up from the blow taken. "Crystal..." Turbulence began to cry. "If you kill her I'll be forced to hurt you!" Garnet threatened. He wouldn't hurt me. "Healing!" A beam of white light engulfed Turbulence. Garnet ran over and struck me down thinking I had killed her. He was late on the attack however and Turbulence was now Terry again. "Garnet, I'm fine." Terry giggled then sighed. "Get off me!" I yelled from the floor. "Ah! Abby! I'm sorry!" Garnet jumped up and held me in his arms. "I think I'll go take Kayle and leave you two alone." Terry winked and dragged Kayle with her out of the open gate store. "I thought you didn't like me anymore." I said pushing him away. "Well I don't." Garnet replied. My eyes started to water. "Because I love you." He wrapped his arms arounf me and gentle kissed my forehead. "Please don't cry Abby." I accepted the embrace. "I love you too." I whispered. "Garnet!" A husky voice rang through the store. His grip tightened. "Sailor Galaxia?" Sailor? But she's the enemy! A lady's head appeared before us dressed in gold armor. "What do you think tou're doing!" Her eyes burned. Garnet cleared his voice. "Being with the one I love." He answered cooly and confidently, my first atraction. Galxia's face scrunched up. "Come back here now!" "No!" Garnet yelled. Galxia's eyes burned even more. "Just go with her." I whispered. "No I wont leave you." Garnet replied. "I've finally found you." His eyes softened. "You dare defy me?" Galxie hissed. "I said get back here NOW!" Garnet's body began to levitate off the floor. "No Devon!" I yelled grasping onto his body. "Goodbye Abra." Garnet whispered kissing my check and let me go. "NO!" I shrieked still holding onto his body. Garnet pushed me away and left into the vogue of darkness. "No..." I cried and began to weep. My hand ran over a small creamy white pearl on my skirt. Garnet did you leave this here for me? I held it close as the tears shook my body.
