Sailor Moon/Dragon Ball GT: The Return Final Chapter: “…and then there was silence…” “Every war has a victory, every victory has a hero, every hero has an end, every end is a beginning.” --Razilin/SenshiB, author of this fanfic Goku was the first to sense the great evil heading out of the portal. “Vegeta! Power up, right now! Can’t you sense the power of whatever that…that thing is?” Vegeta started to tremble. The power! He could feel it! It was so high, so dangerously high! “Good God, Kakurot! Whatever that thing is, its huge!” Mistress Nine’s tall body erupted from the portal, screaming in an insane glee of freedom. Gohan was stunned. Goten and Trunks took a step back; the Scouts and their compatriots were shaking in fear. “Holy shit!” Gohan swore as he saw the huge, powerful body of Mistress Nine. “That…woman…is huge! And so is her powerlevel!” Goten, the youngest of the Z Fighters, smiled in glee. “This is going to be a lot of fun, huh Trunks?” Goten turned to look at the purple haired boy next to him. Trunks drew his sword from its sheath and smiled. “Yeah!” Sailor Mars couldn’t help but groan at this. “Fun? They think this is fun?” Drizzt appeared calm and controlled. “They exhibit childish behavior,” he observed. “However, they also possess a degree of confidence that comes not from naivete and cockiness, but rather, from experience in combat and on the field.” Guenhwyvar growled, looking directly at Mistress Nine. The uncontrollable woman shrieked in a fit of insanity. “Let’s finish this!” Sailor Moon yelled to her friends, both old and new. “Vegeta, fuse!” Goku yelled to Vegeta. The older Saiya-jinn looked at Goku and nodded. They went into a frenzied dance, ending off with the words, “Fuuuuuuzzzziiiooon HA!” The two warriors merged bodies and became one. The washboard stomached warrior, Gogeta, stood before Mistress Nine, golden Super Saiya-jinn hair blowing in the wind, black leather vest shining. Goten and Trunks took their cue, copying the dance and the words, and also merging into one body. Gotenks, a smaller version of Vegeto, cracked his knuckles, unafraid, his golden Super Saiya-jinn hair hanging down his shoulders, a gleeful smile splayed across his face. “Their power ratings are off the charts!” Mercury announced, checking her computer, which was scanning the Z Fighters’ power. Mistress Nine let out a scream of incredible rage; her power skyrocketed with her screams. The Z Fighters attacked her, the Scouts striking as well. Gogeta, Gotenks, and Krillin began a familiar chant. “Ka….me…..ha….me….HA!!” Piccolo gathered waves of energy into his palm, condensing it into a ball. “Here, you witch!” he yelled at Mistress Nine. “Take…THIS!!!” He hurled the ball at the evil woman, hoping it will tear her apart. Android 18 pointed her finger at Nine. “Ki blast!” A surge of yellow energy tore through the sky, heading for Nine. Mistress Nine took the hits and stumbled backwards. Drizzt fired his arrows repeatedly, while Derrak squeezed several shots from his pistol. The Sailor Scouts augmented their attacks with heated and repeated blasts of their special attacks, Tuxedo Mask threw his roses, and Guenhwyvar roared her rage. Yet, even against all of this damage, Mistress Nine still lived on. Sailor Moon looked around her. “Hey! Where’s Sailor Pluto?” The Guardian of Time appeared in Serena’s room. She had teleported in, and stooped over the sleeping form of Reenie. The Sailor Scout shook the sleeping girl gently. The pink-haired child stirred and wakened. “Pluto?” Reenie asked, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. Pluto smiled at her. “Hello, Small Lady,” the older woman said gently. “Serena and her friends need you, Small Lady. They desperately need you, though they don’t know it yet.” “What?” Reenie asked. “Reenie, come with me and all will be explained.” Mistress Nine spread wide her arms, purple energy gathering in between. The simple gathering of energy was enough to make the street shake violently with an evil force. The gathered heroes fell to their knees, even the agile Drizzt, who had tripped only once in his eighty or so years of life. “God have mercy on us all!” Krillin prayed, astounded at this display of power. “Not even Frieza had THIS kind of power!” “Then let your God favor the foolish!” Frieza called back. “We’re going to need his favor, for indeed, we are being more than foolish-we are being absolutely INSANE to try to fight something like this!” “Stop your whining and lets start fighting!” Sailor Jupiter yelled. “JUPITER THUNDER CLAP ZAP!!!” The electric disc hurtled through the air, spinning, and cutting, into Mistress Nine’s arm. The disc created a bloody gash, black blood spewing forth. “SILENCE GLAIVE SURPRISE!!” Sailor Saturn leaped into the air and brought down her Glaive on Mistress Nine’s head. Nine sidestepped the attack and received a gruesome slash on the shoulder rather than on the head. “We’re never going to beat her! She’s simply to strong for us!” Sailor Saturn said wearily. “She’s not strong enough!” came a voice. Everyone turned around to see Sailor Pluto and Rini standing in the middle of the road a little ways away. Rini held in her hands a pink heart-shaped locket. She held it up high. “A gift from the future!” Rini yelled. “My Mommy and Daddy want this fight to end here and now! So they gave this to Pluto to give to me!” The locket emitted a pink light. “MOON PRISIM POWER!!!” Rini cried out, an echo behind her words. The echo came from the power within her, and the locket exploded into light. Pink ribbons enveloped Rini, forming into the pink-colored uniform of the newest Sailor Scout. “I fight for love and justice, as well as the future of humanity!” Rini yelled. “I will not allow you to win, monster! I AM SAILOR CHIBI-MOON!!(Fanfare and music)” “Rini…” Sailor Moon whispered, pride in her voice. Her future daughter was now a Sailor Scout! “We will win this fight!…for the future of humanity!” Chibi-Moon ran down the road, charging Mistress Nine. “I will NOT allow you to win! Moon Tiara Magic!” Chibi-Moon threw her tiara, sent it spinning for Nine’s head. “We will help you!” Sailor Moon said loudly. “CRISIS MOON POWER!!” Sailor Moon’s uniform changed as it was altered. Super Sailor Moon gave Mistress Nine a scathing glare. “Sailor Scouts! ATTACK! MOON HEART ATTACK!!!” A blast of heart-shaped lasers bore through Mistress Nine. Chibi-Moon's tiara sliced into Nine’s chest. “JUPITER THUNDER CLAP ZAP!! MARS CELESTIAL FIRE SURROUND!! SHINE AQUA ILLUSION!! VENUS LOVE CHAIN ENCIRCLE!! SLIENCE GLAIVE!! WORLD SHAKING!! DEED SUBMERGE!!” The Sailor Scouts shouted out their attacks, which slammed into Mistress Nine, boring into her, and tearing out her back. Mistress Nine exploded into dust. Chibi-Moon looked at Sailor Moon. “Is it over?” “It’s over, Small Lady,” she replied. “It’s over.” The Z Fighters looked at Frieza with hatred. “We can’t let you live, you know,” Vegeta said to the short, evil creature. “If you can kill me, feel free to try,” Frieza retorted. “No problem, Frieza!” Goku spoke up, sneaking up beside Frieza and aiming his hand at the evil creature. “Good bye, Frieza! KAME HAME HA!!” Frieza died, screaming out in denial, “DAMN YOU SAIYA-JINN!!!” Goku opened up his mind to send a telepathic call to Kaio. Open up the vortex, Kaio. Alright, Goku. A blue portal opened in front of Goku and his friends. Oh, Goku! I found out why the Dragon left you in this dimension! Turns out he took a wrong turn at the Asteroid Belt on his way to the planet Andromeda and dropped you off in this dimension by accident! Goku was positively stunned. WHAT!!! Kaio’s laughter could be heard through the telepathic link. Forget it. Just get going home. Goku shrugged and went into the vortex, waving goodbye to the Scouts. The other Z Fighters followed. The vortex closed behind. Drizzt and Guenhwyvar walked up to Pluto. “We must leave soon, Lady Pluto.” Pluto nodded. “Step back and I will transport you back to your home.” They did so and Pluto touched them with her staff. A blue light surrounded them and they vanished. Pluto turned to Rini. “Time for you to go home, Small Lady.” Rini nodded. “Goodbye, Serena! I’m going to miss you! All of you!” Rini was on the verge of tears. Serena was already crying. ”I’ll see you in the future…Mommy!” Serena burst into more tears, and she hugged the pink-haired child. Darien held them both in a hug. “Goodbye, Rini. We’ll see you in a thousand years,” Darien said through his snuffling. Pluto touched Rini on the head, and she was lined in a blue glow and vanished. “I better report to my superiors.” Derrak said. He turned and walked away. “That’s the end of it all, then,” Pluto said softly, fading from view and then there was silence. And so ended the battle, and all was silent.
