Sailor Moon is a great show with some very good voice talent.
The Japanese version, however, has voice talent QUITE different from the English dub. I'll cover each senshi separately, from my viewing all versions, original, DiC dub, and Cloverway dub. (Side Note: I use the Senshi's names traditionally, with the family name then the first name. The voice actresses names are the same way.)

*Sailor Moon/ Tsukino Usagi/ Serena Tsukino
JAPANESE: Her Japanese VA, Mitsuishi Kotono, portrays Usagi's age and maturity level quite well. She seems like a 14-16 year old girl, who's somewhat of a cry baby, but when she's Sailor Moon, she does a good job of portraying sad or angry emotion in her voice.
DiC: The secondDic Serena Tsukino is better than the later VA. Although she sounds much older, maybe 20-24, she can sound like good old Usagi at some points.
Cloverway: This one is just plain annoying. Her voice is too old sounding, older than the DiC Serena. When she whines it sends chills up my spine. O_o

*Sailor Mercury/ Mizuno Ami/ Amy Mizuno*
JAPANESE: Ami has an awesome VA, Hisakawa Aya, with an excellent singing voice and good emotional portrayal.
DiC: Amy's VA here is actually pretty good, although her voice can get shrilly and annoying after awhile.
CLOVERWAY: Her VA here isn't the same as the DiC one, and although they tried to make her sound the same, it just sounds.......ick!!!

*Sailor Mars/ Hino Rei/ Raye Hino*
JAPANESE: Rei's VA, Tomizawa Michie, is very good. She's got a lot of emotion, which, in case you haven't noticed by now, is something I pay attention to. ^_^
DiC #1 (Sailor Moon-Most of R): This one is actually not too bad, just a little mean sounding at times when there was supposed to be a sad, tender moment. But I guess that's the dubber's fault.
DiC #2 (End of R): Since DiC went insane and got another VA for Raye, it didn't sound right. This one was WAY off the original Japanese, and honestly quite irritating.
CLOVERWAY: Her first DiC VA came back. ^^;; Thank God.

*Sailor Jupiter/ Kino Makoto/ Lita Kino*
JAPANESE: Shinohara Emi is the perfect voice for Jupiter. She's got a lower voice the others, and that's the way I'd pictured Jupiter's voice from the manga.
DiC/CLOVERWAY: Can we say about 8 octaves too low? She's supposed to be 15, not 23!!!!! While I like her low Japanese counterpart, this one just takes it too far.

*Sailor Venus/ Aino Minako/ Mina Aino*
JAPANESE: Fukami Rika is an excellent voice for Venus. She's got a beautiful voice, and she plays ditzy without being annoying.
DiC: Stephanie Morgenstern is an awesome VA for Venus. She actually sounds kinda close to Ms. Fukami.
CLOVERWAY: WHY they made Mina with Raye's SECOND DiC VA is beyond me................it sounds nothing like Morgenstern or Fukami. o_O

*Sailor Uranus/ Tenoh Haruka/ Amara Tenoh*
JAPANESE: Her VA, Ogata Megumi, is an excellent portrayal of such a masculine woman. She still sounds 16, if that's possible!!
DiC (Movies S & SuperS): Absolutely horrible and emotionally flat.
CLOVERWAY: Still kinda flat and too close to Neptune's but better than the DiC one.

*Sailor Neptune/ Kaioh Michiru/ Michelle Kaioh*
JAPANESE: Katsuki Masako, Neptune's VA, is quite good, emotional. She's good at portraying Michiru's sincere elegance and Neptune's coldness.
DiC (Movies S & SuperS)/CLOVERWAY: Her VA is also emtionally flat and sounds way too low, almost like Uranus'.

*Sailor Pluto/ Meioh Setsuna/ Trista Meiou*
JAPANESE: Pluto's VA, Kawashima Chiyoko, is awesome and is the way I pictured her voice in the manga. I love it when she whispers "dead scream". It's so cool.
DiC: TOO OLD!!!!!!! She's 18, not 30! Plus her attacks are all screechy and sound REEEEALLY bad.
CLOVERWAY: This VA is a definite improvement, she sounds younger although somewhat emotionless. Her attacks are less screechy than before, but I still wish they had her whispering Dead Scream.

*Sailor Saturn/ Tomoe Hotaru/ Hotaru Tomoe*
JAPANESE: Minaguchi Yuko is awesome for Hotaru!!! She makes her sound a tid bit older than 12 or 13, but what can ya do?
CLOVERWAY: Hotaru's VA is pretty whiny. >_< She sounds all shaky and I really don't like it. But in the *ONE* episode we see Saturn, she still sounds like Hotaru, but all authoritative and confident. ^_^ AWESOME!

*Sailor Mini Moon/ Chibi Usa/ Rini*<br> JAPANESE: Araki Kae portrays the brat well. She's whiny and annoying. Perfect for Chibi Usa. ^_- As Sailor Chibi Moon, she doesn't sound bad though.
DiC: Closer to the original than the Cloverway, she's annoying and whiny.
CLOVERWAY: Too sickeningly sweet for my tastes. It doesn't portray how annoying she is, and it has no emotion.

*Luna*
Japanese: Luna is actually around Usagi's age, and Han Keiko sounds around the same age as Usagi. DiC/CLOVERWAY: Since when is Luna an old British woman? She sounds too harsh, and her voice is too low. When we see her human form in the S movie, it looks strange to see this gorgeous girl with these big blue eyes and long black hair come out with this old British lady voice. o_O
