Hello, I am going to explained why Seiya is NOT for Usagi.

1) First, Usagi doesn't love Seiya. Usagi don't love Seiya because she has her boyfriend, Mamo-chan. So, she doesn't like dates and kisses with Seiya that much because of her love for Mamoru. Usagi does care for Seiya but not loving Seiya. At the end of Stars, Seiya says that does Usagi like him. But usagi don't get it because she was ignoring Seiya's love for her and was worrying about Mamo-chan,

2) Seiya don't love Usagi that much in the manga. In the Manga, Seiya is already a girl. She cares about Usagi but don't love her like the anime potrays it. And believe me, the manga is way better then the anime.

3) Seiya is really a girl. That would be sick if Usagi loves Seiya. But, Seiya is a GIRL in both Anime and Manga. I don't know why their is Seiya and Usagi websites and Clubs for them to be together if Seiya is only a girl. I know Seiya was gay in normal states. But, Seiya was a girl while transforming.

4) Mamo-chan. Usagi true love is Mamo-chan NOT Seiya. You can see the expression on Usagi when Mamo-chan comes back. She really loves him by flying over him very fast. Then, see when Usagi's expression on Seiya's love for her. Usagi kinda get scared at Seiya's kisses (thats why I think).
