CG Colored Winner Artist: Youny Prize Won: Mizuno Ami Bottle Cap Collection Figure Judge's Notes: This one gave me chills as I read the script and observed the art etched into the background. The expressions on their faces was perfect and the shining flower in the center was a very nice touch. I feel that it truly reflected the theme of this contest.

Everything from the torn dress of Serenity, to the rose petals on the ground was chilling and captivating. I also really like the positioning of the hands and their shape. Hands can be a very hard thing to draw.

The color scheme alone is excellent, but when you add in the characters form and expressions, their original clothing design, and the clock with the vines, it is spellbinding.
	Hand Colored Winner Artist: Sarah Havens Prize Won: SailormoonS TV: Vol. 2 (English version) Judge's Notes: I loved the positioning of Serenity and Endymion in this piece. The clock and vines were done very nicely as was Serenity's hair. The colors were very vibrant and caught my eye immediately.
	Hand Colored Winner Artist: LilFungBee Prize Won: Sailormoon necklace/ stick-on earrings set, trading cards Judge's Notes: Through the ages these two characters have chased each other through time and this piece definitely gives you that impression. I especially like the middle where Serenity is reaching out to Endymion and he is reaching back.
